These terms govern your use of ryvafresh.com (the "Store") and any purchase you make from RYVA ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products and claims. RYVA Pure is a household kitchen appliance for cleaning produce and other items that can be submerged in water. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary by produce type, residue, water quality and cycle time. Always rinse produce with clean water after a cycle and follow the food-safety guidance of your local health authority.

Orders and pricing. Prices are shown in US dollars unless a different currency is selected. Bundle discounts are applied automatically in the cart based on quantity. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud or stock issues. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and its partners; we never store your card details.

Shipping, returns and warranty. See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. In summary: free shipping on every order, a 60-day money-back guarantee from delivery, and a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Safe use. Use RYVA Pure only as described in the quick-start guide: cold or room-temperature tap water, produce fully covered, capsule placed in the water before pressing start. Do not use with hot water, do not open the sealed capsule, and keep the device and charging base away from children while charging.

Intellectual property. RYVA, RYVA Pure and the RYVA wordmark are trademarks of RYVA. All content on the Store is our property or used with permission and may not be reproduced without written consent.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
